We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to support the successful execution of programmes across Sygneus and our client accounts.
This role bridges commercial activity and operational delivery, ensuring projects move effectively from opportunity through to execution.
You will work closely with founders, technical teams, delivery partners, and customers across defence, nuclear, robotics, AI, and related sectors.
Your Role
You will take ownership of delivery coordination across multiple programmes and workstreams.
The role requires someone who can maintain momentum, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex environments.
You will help ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies
- Support programme planning and execution
- Interface with clients, suppliers, and technical teams
- Maintain reporting, documentation, and delivery governance
- Support operational improvement and business systems development

Requirements
- Experience delivering technical or engineering-focused projects
